Veg Biryani with Kusum Masala

Ingredients:

Kusum Biryani Masala
Ghee
Elaichi
Bay Leaf
Star Anise
Onions
Ginger Garlic Paste
Tomatoes
Cauliflower
French Beans
Carrots

Method:

Add ghee to a pan, add spices like elaichi and star anise and bay leaf. Add the onions and saute it for sometime and add the ginger garlic paste to it. Then add vegetables like tomatoes, cauliflower, french beans and carrots to the pot and add Kusum Biryani Masala to the gravy with some salt and mix it up.
