Perfect for also adding a fun side to any room or garden. Each monkey represents a different pose of the hear, see and speak. There is one monkey holding its ears, one hiding its eyes and also the other covering its mouth. They are made from a resin with a glazed finish. This therefore means they can go outside if you should wish. Furthermore each monkey is highly detailed. Great detail is given especially to their face and bodies. Also with lovely shading and a texture given to them to therefore add depth to them consequently making them look so realistic! Please note each monkey measures approximately 9cm high, 6cm wide, and 5cm deep, and can be placed however you should wish, together or separately. To give you a bit of an insight into the history of the famous ” see, hear and speak ” here goes… It comes from the ancient Japanese proverb “ see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil ” which was popularized in the 17th century, carved in the famous Tōshō-gū Shinto shrine in Nikkō, Japan.
