Description This circa 1900 Peking Chinese Oriental rug measures 2‘4“ x 4‘5“. It has a round labyrinth design split in four sections with a three color rectangle every 90°. The top and bottom of the medallion are flanked by floral motifs, which are each different. The corners are done in a Greek key variation in blues and white. The smallest inner border has a pearl motif on a dark blue ground. Going outward is a blue arrow motif on a light blue ground. The major border has an equilateral cross in blue on an ivory ground topped off with a floral motif in blues and ivory. The ends and sides are complete, the rug is full pile. It is essentially perfect. It is clean and ready to go. The buyer pays the shipping with insurance $50.00.
