The C-Beam shield provides excellent cover over the ‘C’ channel of a C-Beam linear rail to protect the ACME lead screw and wheels from unwanted debris. Keeping these components clean will enhance their performance and increase their life span. In addition the C-Beam shield provides a very clean finish! Using the C-Beam shield with a C-Beam gantry plates requires the use of C-Beam riser plates, 1 set for the single gantry and 2 sets for the double C-Beam gantry plate. Use 10mm M5 low profile bolts for mounting. Actual lengths are 273mm and 523mm, this fits 250mm and 500mm extrusions.
